- Products sold are neither returnable nor exchangeable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. If so, please contact us immediately and return the items within five (5) days. Decision for replacement would be subject to the defects, and we will replace similar product (if available) or reimburse the purchased values.
- Once an order is placed and payment is made, no cancellation of order is accepted and no refunds will be given.
- Upon placing an order and order has been acknowledged, full payment should be made within 3 days. After the 3-day period, the item will no longer be reserved if payment has not been made.
- Prices shown are not inclusive of postage charges. Shipping charges are to be paid by shoppers.
- We will advise the charges upon order acknowledgement.
